My favorite color of lipsticks are nude and red, but I lean towards nude more often and I definitely own more nude lip products than red. Nude lipsticks go with all kinds of makeup looks. The amazing thing with nude lipsticks is that there are so many colors and shades that can suit so many skin tones. The only tricky thing when it comes to nudes is finding the perfect nude for your skin tone. Today I'm going to share my top 5 nude lip products which are (drum rolls please) extremely affordable.

This rich brown lipliner is a perfect shade for lining the lips when wearing nude colors. It's very creamy but still very pigmented. It can also be worn on its own without a lipstick or gloss if you don't like the matte look.

This has a pinkish-nude color to it. It can be worn on its own and still look very gorgeous or can be paired with another lip product.

This nude is perfecto! Honestly, I love it so much. It has a pinkish color as all nudes should in my opinion. It's a moisturizing lipstick that is enriched vitamins A and C. It doesn't dry to a matte finish and it is very pigmented. If you are darker than I am, I'll advice you to use a brown lipliner like the Kayge lipliner in Cocoa to define your lips first.

This hasn't left my bag since I got it last year. It is a true nude. It has a dusty pink kind of color that most natural lips tend to possess so it looks just like your lips but better. This lipstick is matte just like the name says but it doesn't dry like how most matte lipsticks do, it dries to a cream-matte finish. Don't get it twisted it is not a matte lipstick , it is a lip cream.

I already have an in-depth review of this gloss on my blog. If you are interested, please check here. It has quickly become one of my favorites.

I got all these lip products for less than 2,000 naira. They're budget friendly and beautiful. I highly recommend them. I got them well before the recession so their prices might be different now.

• If you find a nude lipstick is too dull or too bright and it washes you out (makes your skin look dull or ashy) , use a brown or skin tone lipliner to tone it down.
• When lining your lips with a lipliner , firstly make sure to sharpen it. Blunt lipliners do not show up.
• Also, when lining your lips with a lipliner , make sure to use the side of the lip liner and not the pointier part.

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
